THE TIMES/CHICKEN HOUSE CHILDREN'S FICTION COMPETITION 2015 - NOW OPEN

If you think your manuscript would be right at home alongside previous winners such as BRAVE, THE POISON BOY and MUNCLE TROGG, then you’ve got until 31st October 2014 to enter it into our competition.

If you’re a writer with an original and exciting story for 7 to 18 year olds, we’d love you to submit. Every entry submitted will be read by our team of experienced readers, in order to draw up a longlist of the very best submissions. Barry Cunningham and the Chicken House editorial team will then narrow these down to a shortlist of just 5.

Our prestigious panel of judges will then pour over the final five to choose the winner, to be announced in April 2015. The prize will be a worldwide publishing contract with Chicken House, with an advance of £10,000 (subject to contract).
