Slowdive - Eindhoven, De Effenaar, 13th October 1993

Slowdive are one of the bands I really wish I had made an effort to see live at time. Possibly on the tour, I think it was in 1990 when they played support to Ride who I did get to see in Leeds although I remember pretty much nothing about it. 

This set was recorded in Holland in 1993 and is a pretty fine performance despite a lengthy delay due to a less than operational amplifier. It was around the time of the Reading bands second album "Souvlaki" which along with their debut "Just For A Day" a year earlier is a perfect testament to a much underrated band.
